1. Acceptance of Terms
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
By registering on the Bandhan application, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Bandhan Matrimony ("The Sacred Gallery"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To register as a member of Bandhan or use this app, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).
Intent
Membership is strictly for individuals with a bona fide intention of entering into a matrimonial alliance.
Status
You must be legally competent to marry (single, widowed, or legally divorced).
3. User Profiles & Matching
Bandhan is a platform for matrimonial purposes only and is not a dating site. We facilitate "The Sacred Gallery" experience where users can discover potential matches based on compatibility.
- check_circle Profiles are curated for opposite gender matching in accordance with traditional matrimonial values.
- check_circle One person can create only one profile. Duplicate accounts will be terminated.

We understand the importance of celestial alignment. Bandhan allows users to share Horoscope (Kundli) information, Gothra, and other spiritual data to facilitate informed decisions.
*While we provide tools for horoscope generation, Bandhan does not guarantee the astrological accuracy of third-party data.
Notice
Spiritual data is shared at the user's discretion and is protected under our Privacy Policy.
5. Code of Conduct
Authenticity
Members must provide accurate, current, and complete information about themselves.
Privacy
Do not disclose private information about other members obtained through the platform.
Prohibitions
No commercial solicitation, harassment, or sharing of obscene material is permitted.
Respect
Treat every member with the dignity and grace that a sacred union deserves.
6. Limitation of Liability

Bandhan Matrimony is only a platform for advertising and searching. We do not engage in background verification of profiles. It is the responsibility of members to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any alliance. Bandhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of the service.
